Job Summary

We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our global sales channels. The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth around our lab instruments portfolio. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience analyzing market trends, analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. This position is highly focused on digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage website oversight, including product changes, news and article updates, distributor information updates, and overall content management (Website developer is a 3rd party)
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Mange webinar logistics (registrations, Zoom conference, reminders, statistics, etc.)
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and LinkedIn profile that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Catalog Modification – Update and modify the catalog for both old and new products, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and market research techniques
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Graphic design/photoshop experience a plus. Work with outsourced graphic designer on various projects
  • Ability to manage product photo and video shoots
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong command of the English written and spoken language. Chinese speaking would be a plus as we have teams also located in China
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
  • It would be extremely beneficial if you have knowledge about the pharmaceutical laboratory testing industry
