Our fully automated systems are designed and manufactured in the USA. All stages of the dissolution process are computer coordinated and carried out entirely without user intervention. They precisely deliver, preheat, and degas media into vessels, removing the added complication of a water bath. Each of our systems are designed for drug research and development, and evaluation of generic drugs. The systems include precise syringe pumps ensure accurate sampling and avoid human error, sample filtration, media replacement and dilution, a tight vessel seal cover design which limits media evaporation, temperature sensor in each vessel to examine and record temperatures individually and much more.
