BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF BIOEQUIVALENCE PREDICTION SYSTEM
In traditional intestinal drug permeability studies, the short survival time of isolated intestinal membranes cannot meet the requirements of in vitro experiments.
The pre-BE test requires a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, there are also ethical issues. In order to solve the above problems, the bioequivalence prediction system studies the dissolution curves and permeability comparison of generic and original drugs. It can predict the results of the BE experiment to increase the success rate of the BE experiment and reduce the requirement for in vivo studies.
